# Pelvic Awareness Project (PAP)

> PAP (mypap.com) is a women's health education platform covering pelvic health, hormones, incontinence, prolapse, fibroids, endometriosis and menopause. It publishes 330+ plain-language articles, produces The Notorious VAG podcast, and runs the PAP Physician Finder, a directory of women's health specialists including OB-GYNs, urogynecologists and pelvic floor physical therapists.
